Kevin B. Wilson

Kevin B. Wilson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1981. Attorney Wilson was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1981 and practiced one year in Knoxville before opening the practice of Wilson & Wilson in Chattanooga in 1982, with his wife, Scarlett T. Wilson. Kevin B. Wilson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1981. Attorney Wilson was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1981 and practiced one year in Knoxville before opening the practice of Wilson & Wilson in Chattanooga in 1982, with his wife, Scarlett T. Wilson. He was admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Eastern District Tennessee and U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1987; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tenn., in 2011; and the Western District of Tennessee, in 2012. He also practices in all Tennessee State Courts. In November 2017, he was also admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia. 

Kevin B. Wilson is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association, Tennessee Municipal Judges Conference, and Tennessee General Sessions Judges Conference.

In May 2019, Mr. Wilson became a fellow of the Chattanooga Bar Foundation. 

Mr. Wilson was elected as the Collegedale City Court Judge in 1990. He has been re-elected to this part-time position three times and continues to preside as Judge. 

Kevin became licensed to practice law in Georgia in December 2017 to better serve our clients changing needs.

Seth A. Wilson graduated Cum Laude from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012 with B.S. degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He graduated from University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2016. He also graduated high school from The Baylor School in 2007. Seth A. Wilson, after passing the Tennessee Bar Exam, was sworn 

Seth A. Wilson graduated Cum Laude from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2012 with B.S. degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He graduated from University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2016. He also graduated high school from The Baylor School in 2007. Seth A. Wilson, after passing the Tennessee Bar Exam, was sworn in by his father on October 12, 2016, in Collegedale Municipal Court.  At the end of 2017 Seth became a Jr partner in the firm. In May 2023, Seth became licensed in Georgia to handle increased client needs in the state. Seth is also licensed in U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Middle District of Georgia. Seth is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association and active in the Young Lawyers Division.

Christopher W. Post (Chris) is an accomplished trial attorney with nearly a decade of experience handling DUI, vehicular assault, vehicular homicide, and other serious felony cases. Having managed thousands of prosecutions and tried numerous jury cases to verdict, Chris brings insider knowledge of how prosecutors and law enforcement build and pursue DUI cases—an advantage he now uses to defend clients facing these charges. Chris believes that since the State of Tennessee has specialized prosecutors for DUI’s,  there should be a specialized defense attorney for DUI’s in our community. Known for his meticulous case preparation, strategic litigation skills, and persuasive advocacy, he is committed to protecting the rights of individuals at every stage of the legal process.


DUI Recognition: Chris was named DUI Prosecutor of the Year for Tennessee (2021), received the MADD Victim West Tennessee Excellence Award (2015), and was honored as DUI Coordinator of the Year by the West Tennessee Law Enforcement Network (2014). He also successfully argued landmark appellate cases, including State v. Long (2018), State v. Moss (2023), and State v. McKinney (2022), establishing a reputation for courtroom effectiveness and legal integrity.
